Repasto Indiano à sombra da Alfarrobeira - An Indian Feast under the Carrob Tree

 
No dia 2 de Setembro vamos fazer um festim Indiano.
Caril de Almondegas de Peixe, Caril de Camarão Selvagem e Caril de Corgetes.
Vamos beber Sangria Branca, Chá de Canela Gelado e Catalão Branco.
O Caril de Espinafres com Tomate e o de Beringela também não vão ficar mal com as Batatinhas no vapor.
Não vai faltar Raeta para refrescar e Muska doce para acompanhar os Quadradinhos de Mel.
Quem sabe haverá tempo para fazer um Kulfi geladinho?

On Sunday the 2nd of September we will have an Indian Feast under the Carrob Tree.
Fish Ball Curry, Wild Prawn Curry and Courgette Curry.
We will drink White Sangria, Cinnamon Ice Tea and Catalão Branco.
The Spinach and tomato Curry and the Aubergine Curry will go very well with the Indian Steamed Potatoes.
We'll make Raeta, and we'll have Muska Doce to go with the Honey Squares.
who knows there will be time to make some Kulfi?

Á sombra da Alfarrobeira
Vamos passar o domingo 19 á sombra da Alfarrobeira,
vamos provar o Muska seco e o gaspacho.
Vamos comer fruta fresca, assar umas sardinhas e espetar uns picos de carne do alguidar.
Vamos comer meloa com malagueta, rir e beber tinto de verano.
O Terras do Catalão Branco geladinho, a salada dos pimentos assados, os tomates com mangericão e a salada de ervas.

Já mencionei o Terras do Catalão Tinto e o Quinta dos Lopes?
E as batatas de cu pró ar e sus hermanas bravas?
Há uma historia muito antiga sobre as beringelas recheadas em que um Iman chora...
As tartes de figo fresco, a bela luisa gelada e o Muska doce.
Será que alguém irá provar o doce de tomate ou de gila?

Under the Carob tree

We will spend sunday the 19th under the Carrob Tree,
we will taste Musca Seco and gazpacho.
We will eat fresh fruit and grill sardines and stick some meat on skewers.
we'll have melon and chilliesalad, we'll have laughter and tinto de verano.
Chilled Terras do Catalão Branco, roast pepper salad, tomato, basil and herb salad.
Have i mentioned Terras do Catalão and Quinta dos Lopes?

Fresh fig tartlets iced, bela luisa and Muska Doce.
